Application for Universities:

In Bulgarian universities, the documents required from the candidate have to be presented physically and are not accepted virtual. Therefore, all foreign students seek help through agencies that take over this process as it is very difficult to prepare the legalisation and application form from afar. With us, you don't have to worry, as we will mediate all the process to provide you with the success of the acceptance letter!
Firstly we will schedule a free consultation meeting either by phone call or zoom meeting to discuss what are you looking for, the documents needed and any other questions you have about the application, life in Bulgaria, the living costs, what to pack and any other questions that you might have for us.
Next step, we will provide you with an agent to contact at all times of the process to supervise the documents needed before they arrive at our agency.
The third step is to sit back and relax as we will take over your application and gain your acceptance letter!
Visa Requirements (for non EU citizens):
If you are not an EU citizen, you will need to apply for a Visa to be able to study in Bulgaria. This step is normally after you get the acceptance letter from the ministry and university to study. Additional documents are required from Bulgaria,additional documents are required from the country you reside. therefore we will prepare all the documents required for the visa from bulgaria and supervise the additional documents are required from the country you reside.
After all the documents are ready, we will fill in your application for the visa and help you schedule an appointment at the closest Bulgarian Embassy for you.
Normally, the Visa will take around 45 working days depending on your nationality and place of residence.

Medical insurance:
Obtaining medical insurance is required for 2 processes which all foreigners will go through. Firstly, applying for the visa, secondly when applying for a residence permit in Bulgaria. Don't worry, we work with the best medical insurance companies in Bulgaria where their insurance is accepted in the embassy and the ministry of interior when applying for the residence permit after your arrival.

Accommodation:
Once a new foreigner arrives in Bulgaria, one of the most difficult phases is to find the suitable place to live. Studio hunting can be very stressful and time consuming where on average it will take around 2 to 4 weeks to find an apartment in Bulgaria on your own. Therefore we offer newly arriving students 2 options.
The first option is to find an apartment before your arrival. The way we do this is by scheduling a meeting with you to discuss the requirements that you are looking for and the standards of the conditions and prices in Bulgaria!
After this phase we will search and find several options for you to present! Of course we will do our personal viewings to the apartments to present to you the insides of the place and once you choose what you would want to live in, we will contact the landowner to reserve the property for you till you arrive by a stop deposit (funded by the student) and prepare the rental contract for you to read.
Of course, we will discuss all the options you're interested in and make sure that you choose the most suitable one based on our experience and your preference!
Second option is to help you reserve the most suitable stay when you arrive, and assist you with searching for the apartments. You can hire an agent from our agency to help you search for the apartment and to take you to the viewings agreed to.
Plane tickets and Airport pickup:
We will reserve for you your plane ticket and arrange a pickup from the airport towards your destination!
Get to know your City:
After you are settled, you will be looking for several utilities for your accommodation. In addition, you will be interested in getting to know the city, sightseeing locations, activity points, famous parks, restaurants, shops, local markets, fitness and sports centres, public transportation and monthly-yearly cards and many other stores that you will find what will make your stay exiting and comfortable at the same time. We offer you this service of scheduled tours based on your needs and requirements where you will meet us at our office and let us give you the details of your needs. We will plan together a tour depending on your schedule and needs and assign an agent for you for a day or more to help out!
Applying for residence permit:
Upon arrival of international students, non EU-citizens will have to apply for a residence permit to allow them to stay in the country throughout the time they are studying. This process can be very difficult because there are several steps and documents needed to be presented before the migration centre. All the applications and documents required need to be prepared and filled in Bulgarian language. We will help you prepare all the documents needed and send one of our agents with you to the migration to help you with the language barrier between you and the employees at the centre.
Find a job:
Plenty of foreign students look for employment once they arrive in Bulgaria for several reasons. One of the main reasons is to obtain a source of income to support funding their educational journey in Bulgaria or even to gain experience and upgrade their CV for the future!
In Bulgaria, plenty of jobs require Bulgarian language and some experience and job hunting can be very difficult when you start looking as a foreigner. HR services can be a little expensive with their required commission. Students who reside in Bulgaria with a bulgarian residents permit can obtain a permission to be employed for a 4 hrs/day contract where the normal working hours of an employee is 8 hrs/day
Therefore if you are interested in a job, we will help you prepare your CV and find different options for you to choose. We do not ask for a commission or a percentage of your first or second salary, rather that we charge for the service depending on the time that is required to help.
In addition, in order to be legally allowed to work, students must get permission from the agency of labour, open a bank account, and other complications that will be faced.

The range of salaries for little to no experience for a contract of 4 hrs/day can be between 500 euros to 800 euros.
Open a bank account:
Opening a bank account in a local bank as a foreigner can be very difficult for a foreigner. You will have to fill in different applications and forms in Bulgarian language and there are various steps before doing so. For example, you must obtain a Bulgarian residence permit first and present several documents that prove that you are a student at a higher educational institute. We will help you with these steps, fill in the application for you and even offer the most suitable banks for you.
