Application Requirments

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements to continue your higher education in Bulgaria are very simple! We will list you the documents required and the procedure of applying as a candidate in the universities. 

For Bachelor's degree:

  • Highschool diploma (grade 12 diploma of graduation of secondary education)
  • Passport copies (front 2 pages)
  • ID size photos 
  • Power of attorney for one of agents 

The procedure: 

Firstly, in order for the documents to be accepted for review by the ministry of higher education and science of Bulgaria, the documents need to be legalised with all the stamps required from the country where the documents are issued and the ministry of foreign affairs of Bulgaria and to be  translated into Bulgarian language. You don't have to worry about this procedure as we will take over the difficult part. We offer the preparation of the documents from translation to legalisation to application! In order for us to do so we will require a power of attorney from the candidate to officially represent him in front of the Bulgarian authorities and universities.   • Higher education certificate of graduation for example, bachelor's degree diploma
  • Transcripts of your credits and subjects achieved
  • Application form which is provided by the University and filled by our agents
  • Passport copies (first 2 pages)
  • Power of attorney for one of our agents

The procedure:

To note, in order to apply for a master’s program, your diploma has to be recognised by a private institution working with the university of interest. This process has an additional fee which differs between universities. The average fee is close to 200 euro. During this phase, the university applied to will make contact with the university that issued your higher education diploma to verify and check the credits and subjects that have been achieved. This normally takes a month’s time, but keep in mind that the university contacting to verify your diploma and credits achieved will recognise your transcripts only when your university replies to them to verify your credits.

After the recognition process succeeds, the university will forward your documents to the ministry of higher education and science for check up. This step normally takes a month’s time. After the ministry accepts your application, the university will issue an acceptance letter. During this process we will take over all the logistics and responsibility of your application.
